WELCOME TO OUR BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOME
Situated in the pretty town of Formentera,our apartment is brand new completed in aug 2008,it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and communal roof solarium.
Our apartment we hope will satisfy the needs of friends & family, sun-lovers & golfers, weekenders & long-stayers,people of all ages are.
The lounge and master bedroom have doors leading to a balcony which is south west facing, which gets the sun all afternoon into the evening. Great for sitting out with a glass of wine or 2.
There is a communal swimming pool,and some lovely walkways around the complex,with seating to relax on and take in the beautiful weather.
There are stairs and lifts installed to all floors.
Outside the apartments is a childrens play area,which is really nice for the young ones.
The people of Formentera are very friendly and are happy to return pleasantries. Their culture encompasses all of family life
Local shops,bars,restaruants are all close by,with a large supermarket(Supa Valu)within walking distance,you can easily walk into the two neighbouring villages of Benijofar & Rojales so if you dont feel like driving, there is no need,a car is not essential in Formentera ,there is a local bus service,if you want to go further afield.
But for those who like to get out and about then car hire can be arranged ,especialy if you want to get to the nearestbeach at Guardamar or go
golfing at one of the numerous courses,or just seing the sights of the Costa Blanca.
